1- What is Global Geek?
Global Geek is a company based in Hong Kong, China. It was founded in March 2017 . Global Geek provides a software application (the "Service") that helps businesses and organizations (individuals and collective "customers") manage their social profiles.
By its nature, the Service enables our customers to centralize their social profiles in one place. The Service helps our customers manage incoming messages sent to their social profiles, publish comments on content posted on their social profiles, schedule and publish content on their social profiles and analyze the results. It also helps them monitor conversations that occur publicly on supported platforms, as long as they contain certain keywords of their choice.

We collect and/or process different types of information, including but not limited to personal data ("Customer Data"):

2.2- Customer content
When our customers connect social profiles to the Services, they have the option to immediately collect, process, share and access such social profiles through the Services (subject to the terms of service and privacy policies of the supporting platforms).
In this way, our customers' users can access, use and analyze data from supported platforms of their choice, as well as create, publish, transmit, view, display or share data or information through the Services.

Customer-generated content (e.g., messages (including direct or private messages), posts, comments, profile pictures, images, synopses, or communications exchanged on supporting platforms)

How we use it
Global Geek Uses customer content for the following purposes:
Identify authors of end-user messages
Aggregates all end-user messages from the same person and provides a history of all past conversations between end-users and customers
Third-party applications and social networks
The Service enables an ecosystem where you can choose to connect to supported platforms. If you choose to send your content to a supported platform, Global Geek is no longer responsible for that content from the time it leaves the Service. Instead, the Content will be controlled by the terms and privacy policies of the relevant Supported Platform. For example, if you use the Services to post messages on Facebook, Facebook's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service will apply to messages on Facebook servers.
While we attempt to promote access to only those Supported Platforms that share our respect for your privacy, we are not responsible for the content or privacy policies of any Supported Platform. We encourage you to carefully review the privacy policy of any Supported Platform that you access through the Services. Global Geek uses third-party vendors and hosting partners, such as Amazon AWS, to provide the hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology needed to run the service. When processing payments via credit card, Global Geeks utilizes PCI_DSS compliant third party vendors;
Global Geeks periodically reviews its information collection and processing practices and will review and modify this Privacy Policy accordingly.
Global Geek uses third-party vendors to prevent attacks on the Site or Services and the destruction or theft of its data. Such vendors also monitor potential attacks to allow Global Geek to notify its customers if their content and/or Global Geek data is compromised;

We will use all reasonable endeavors to ensure that such requirements or obligations comply with applicable law;

It also means any publicly available content posted by an End User on a Supported Platform, which can be searched and retrieved by Customer by searching on the relevant Supported Platform or by using the Services through the APIs of the available Supported Platforms.
"Services" means the services provided to you by Global Geeks under the Plan you have purchased.

"Social Profile" means a personal or business profile created by Customer on a Supported Platform. This includes, but is not limited to, Facebook pages, Facebook groups, Facebook profiles, Twitter profiles, Instagram personal or business profiles, YouTube channels, LinkedIn profiles and company pages.
"Supported Platforms" means the social networking sites currently supported by the Service, including Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Telegram, Tiktok, Google, Pinterest, and other social networks described on the Site. and other social networks described on the Site;
