General provisions/definitions

Please read these Global Geek Terms of Service ("TOS") carefully. Global Geek ("Global Geek" or "we" or "us" or "our") provides software applications ("Services") to help businesses and organizations (individually or collectively, "Customers") manage their business. "Account" means the account used to access the Services on Global Geek;

"Agreement" means these Terms of Service, including any exhibits that form an integral part thereof, which generally govern your relationship with Global Geek;

"Applicable law" means English law;

"Authorized User" means an individual who accesses the Services directly through the online registration process, or an individual user who is authorized and/or invited by you to use the Services and for whom you have provided access. Authorized Users may include your employees, consultants, contractors, agents, or other persons designated by you;

"Confidential Information" means all information that you or we (the "Disclosing Party") provide orally or in writing to the other party (the "Receiving Party") that is designated as Confidential Information. . Provided that, for all intents and purposes, Confidential Information shall not be construed to include any information that (a) is publicly available at the time of disclosure or subsequently becomes publicly available through no fault of the Receiving Party; (b) is discovered or created by the Receiving Party prior to its disclosure by the Disclosing Party; (c) is lawfully made known to the Receiving Party by means other than through the Disclosing Party or a representative of the Disclosing Party; (d) is disclosed by the Receiving Party with the prior written approval of the Disclosing Party; or

"Customer Content" means services provided or made available by or on behalf of you to or for use by Global Geek.

"Data" means content, data, information and confidential information relating to your business, some of which may not be publicly available, including, but not limited to, technical and business information, systems, processes, software and services relating to the business of you or any of your parent or subsidiaries, as the case may be;

"Fair Use Policy" means the usage restrictions described in this Agreement;

"Intellectual property" means copyright, including moral and related rights, rights of use, musical works, literary works, designs, databases or any other works protected by copyright, trade names, protected trade marks, patents, utility models and trademarks and all other industrial and intellectual property rights, whether registered or unregistered. currently existing or will exist now or in the future anywhere in the world;

"Mention" means information that Global Geeks makes publicly available and accessible on your behalf from Supported Platforms, including links, posts, and excerpts, as well as data derived therefrom, including reports, summaries, charts, and graphs;

"Seat" means the right you assign to other authorized users to access the Services on your behalf. Depending on your plan, you may need to purchase additional add-ons to enjoy more seats;

"Services" means the services provided to you by Global Geek under the Program you have purchased;

"Subscription Term" means the term of the subscription to the Services provided by Global Geek to you, provided that you comply with your obligations under this Agreement;

"Supported Platforms" means the social networking sites currently supported by the Services, including Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Telegram, Tiktok, Google, Pinterest, and other social networks described on the Site. other social networks;

"Taxes" means all taxes, assessments, charges, fees and levies which may be imposed or which are based on the sale or licensing of goods and/or services, as the case may be, including all sales, use, goods and services, value additions, and those imposed by any governmental agency (including federal, state, provincial, municipal and foreign governmental agencies); and excise taxes, duties and assessments and any installments thereof, and any interest, fines and penalties thereon).

A "third party" is anyone, legal or natural, who is neither you nor Global Geek;

"Trial Period" means a limited, established period of time during which Global Geeks provides you with free access to the Services, granted at Global Geeks' sole discretion, which may be revoked by Global Geeks at any time without any prior notice.

Account registration, access and disclosure

To use and benefit from the Services, you must create an account by completing the registration form, providing us with all required information and activating the "I accept the Terms of Service" checkbox and clicking the "Get Started Global Geek" button. You agree to provide us with complete and accurate information upon registration and to keep this information accurate and up-to-date throughout your use of the Services. You are advised to keep your login credentials strictly confidential and to avoid disclosing them to anyone. We are not responsible for unauthorized access to your account as a result of your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

If you are using the Site or the Services for or on behalf of a legal entity, you will be required to enter the name of that legal entity in the registration form when you register for the Services. This information may be updated at any time. If you are using the Site or the Services for or on behalf of a legal entity, you shall be, and shall be presumed to be, authorized by and/or properly authorized on behalf of such legal entity, and you and such legal entity shall be jointly and severally bound by this Agreement. If you cease to be a duly authorized representative of a legal entity, you shall be responsible for immediately notifying Global Geeks, in which case the legal entity shall remain bound by the Agreement and the legal entity shall simultaneously notify Global Geeks of the new authorized representative. You shall continue to be responsible for the above until you notify Global Geeks of the new authorized representative. Global Geeks shall not be liable if a person without the requisite authority/without proper authorization enters into this Agreement on behalf of the Legal Entity.

We reserve the right for us, our contractors, or our employees to access your account and the information you provide solely for support, maintenance, and service purposes or for any security-related, technical, or billing reasons. In addition, by sending us a support request, you consent in advance to us accessing your account for the sole purpose of answering your request and/or resolving the issue you are facing.

You are responsible for protecting your personal data and maintaining the confidentiality of your user information and password. You are also responsible for promptly notifying Global Geeks of any unauthorized use of your account or breach of your account information or password. Global Geeks will not be liable for any loss caused by someone else's use of your user name or password, with or without your knowledge, if such loss is not due to Global Geeks' gross negligence, willful misconduct, fraud, or malice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you shall be liable for any costs, including royalties and fines, fees, and civil judgments,

If you are:

 a parent company with a majority interest (51% or higher) in a subsidiary or other legal entity; or

 Subsidiaries or other legal entities owned by a majority-owned (51% or higher) parent company; and

 wish to extend this Agreement to your parent company or your subsidiaries, as the case may be, you may do so, but keep in mind that such parent or subsidiaries shall be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

Your parent or subsidiary, as the case may be, shall be deemed to be a third-party beneficiary of this Agreement, shall have the same rights and obligations as you and Global Geeks under this Agreement, and shall have all the liabilities and obligations as if such parent or subsidiary, as the case may be, were you.

Scope of Services

The range of services you can access may depend on the relevant subscription plan.

Updates and Functionality. You acknowledge that Global Geeks may make updates to the Services from time to time, and that such updates may result in changes to the appearance and/or functionality of the Services (including additions, modifications, or deletions of features, functionality, or content). Global Geek shall, at its own expense, provide, implement, configure, install, support and maintain any and all updates, upgrades, enhancements, improvements, releases, corrections, bug fixes, patches and modifications to the Services (collectively, "Updates"). You acknowledge that the Services interoperate with multiple Supported Platforms and that the Services provided are highly dependent on the availability of such Supported Platforms. If any Supported Platform ceases to provide some or all of its functionality to Global Geeks at any time (each an "API Change"), the

We reserve the right to modify the subscription plan and/or subscription term or introduce new fees and/or subscription levels or charges at any time after your current subscription term. If you do not agree to such modifications, we will provide you with thirty (30) calendar days prior written notice, during which time you will have the right to cancel your subscription or change your current subscription plan.

Subscription term and renewal

Trial period. The duration of the trial period is specified during the account creation process. At the end of the trial period, you will be prompted to enter your payment details if you have not already done so. If you have updated your payment details, your credit card or PayPal account will be automatically charged on the billing date shown in the billing section associated with your service account.

Renewal Term. Unless you voluntarily cancel your Subscription Plan prior to the Subscription Term (or any subsequent Renewal Term), you will be enrolled in an auto-renewal cycle for the same term at the end of the Subscription Term ("Renewal Term"). This applies to all Subscription Plans that involve payment and is the same for both monthly and annual renewals.

terminate (law)

You may terminate this Agreement at any time by requesting deactivation and deletion of your account while logged into the Services. If you terminate this Agreement, you agree, without limiting any of our other rights or remedies, to pay all remaining fees due for the remainder of your subscription term.

If this Agreement is terminated by you as a result of a material breach that we have not cured, you will be entitled to a prorated refund of all fees previously prepaid to us from the date of termination until the end of the subscription term.

Global Geek may also terminate your right to use the Services at any time, with or without cause. If we terminate your account, Global Geeks will notify you by email to your registered email account. Your obligation to pay fees and charges accrued as of the date of termination will survive termination of this Agreement.

Upon expiration or termination of the Subscription Term, your Subscription Plan shall terminate immediately.

limited license

Pursuant to this Agreement, Global Geek grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-assignable license to use the Services as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution for businesses and to make commercial use of the Services in accordance with the other terms of this Agreement. You hereby agree not to resell any portion of the Services. You may not transfer, rent, sublicense, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any portion of the Site and/or the Services. You may not reproduce, adapt, alter, modify, translate or create derivative works from the Services without the prior written authorization of Global Geek. You represent and warrant that you will not use the Service for unlawful purposes or transmit information that could be categorized as unlawful, defamatory, abusive, obscene, or an infringement of any rights, including the intellectual property rights of others. You may not permit third parties to use the Service. You may not circumvent or disable any technological feature or measure in the Service in order to protect the intellectual property rights of the Service. You may not use the Service (including in conjunction with any device, program or service designed to circumvent any deployed technological measure) to attempt to control access to content files or other works protected by intellectual property rights or laws of rights. Any such prohibited use shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement and shall prompt us, in our sole discretion, to immediately terminate your right to access the Services. Any violation of these Terms will make you liable for damages suffered by Global Geek.

Proprietary rights

All right, title and interest in and to the Site and/or the Services and any content contained therein are the exclusive property of Global Geek, unless otherwise noted herein. Unless otherwise noted, the Services are for your limited use only, and if you copy or download any information from the Site and/or Services, you agree that you will not remove or obscure any copyright or other notices or legends contained in any such information.

You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, frame, create derivative works from, transfer, or in any other way use in any other way for commercial or public purposes, in whole or in part, information, software, products, or services obtained from the Site and/or the Services without the prior written approval of Global Geeks, except for the purposes expressly set forth herein.

All Global Geek trademarks, trade names, service marks, logos, and other intellectual property rights in the Site and Services are owned by Global Geek, except for intellectual property rights that are owned, registered, or vested in your name, or that are created by or for you during the term of this Agreement. You are strictly prohibited from using any marks on the Site and Services in any manner other than as authorized herein or in writing by Global Geek.

In the course of performing the Services, Global Geek will have access to some of your data. Unless otherwise specified in this Agreement, all right, title and interest in and to the data will remain your sole property.

Global Geek shall not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, frame, create derivative works from, transfer, or in any other way use for commercial or public purposes, in whole or in part, Your Data belonging to You, except for the purpose of providing the services expressly set forth herein, without Your further prior approval or consent.

For the avoidance of doubt, Global Geeks will treat your data as confidential and will maintain your confidential information in the strictest confidence. In this regard, Global Geek will not disclose or permit the disclosure of Your Data to any unauthorized person and will only make limited use of Your Data as strictly necessary for Global Geek to perform its services. For the avoidance of doubt, all such rights to use Your Data by Global Geek shall be granted only during the term of this Agreement in accordance with our Privacy Policy ( https://jiketg88.com/ ).

You acknowledge and agree that Global Geek may disclose any data if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce this Agreement; (c) respond to claims that any of your Content and/or data violates the rights of third-parties; and (d) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Global Geek, the Site, the Services, its users and the public. personal safety of Global Geek, the Site, the Services, its users and the public. For the avoidance of doubt, all such rights for Global Geek to use your data shall be granted for the duration of this Agreement only.

classified information

The person receiving the Confidential Information (the "Receiving Party") shall hold and maintain the Confidential Information in the strictest confidence for the sole and exclusive benefit of the other party (for purposes of this Section, the "Disclosing Party").

The Recipient shall ensure that access to the Confidential Information by its employees, contractors and third parties is restricted as commercially and reasonably required and shall require such persons to sign and comply with confidentiality restrictions at least as protective as those contained in this Agreement.

The Receiving Party shall not use, release, reproduce or otherwise disclose to others, or permit others to use, any Confidential Information for its own benefit or to the detriment of the Disclosing Party without the prior written approval of the Disclosing Party.

If requested in writing by the Disclosing Party, the Receiving Party shall promptly return to the Disclosing Party any Confidential Information and all records, notes and other written, printed or tangible materials in its possession relating to the Confidential Information.

warranties

Global Geek warrants and represents to you:

Services are provided in accordance with applicable law;

To the best of Global Geek's knowledge, the intellectual property rights in any materials provided by Global Geek as part of the Services will not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party when used under this Agreement;

Global Geek will use your data only in accordance with this Agreement (including its attachments); and

Global Geek represents and warrants to you that it has all rights and authorizations necessary to enter into the Master Agreement and to execute any addendum to the Services.

limitation

In no event shall Global Geeks, its owners, suppliers or their respective owners, directors, employees, contractors and/or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, special, exemplary, punitive or other consequential or incidental damages (including, without limitation, any damages for any loss of profit or loss of revenue, interruption, loss of programs or other information or any other pecuniary loss) or services distributed or provided through the Site and/or the Services, (ii) any failure or interruption of the Site and/or the Services; whether caused by error, omission, loss of data, defect, virus, interruption or delay in operation or transmission or any other cause, whether based on warranty, contract,

In no event, without prejudice to the foregoing, Global Geek's maximum aggregate liability for the use or exploitation of any part or all of the Services, Content or User Materials pursuant to this Agreement (including any attachments hereto) or in any manner whatsoever, any Content, shall not exceed the amount of your current subscription (which amount is the amount of your most recent payment, whether monthly or annually).

Data retention

Global Geek is committed to storing your data securely for the duration of your subscription and in accordance with the timeframe of your subscription plan. All data beyond the specified timeframe will be permanently deleted from our systems on a regular basis.

You expressly acknowledge and accept that Global Geeks does not provide any archiving or backup services and may delete data that is no longer in use and has been deleted beyond the timeframe specified in the applicable subscription plan. Global Geeks expressly disclaims all obligations relating to archiving, storing and backing up data.

risk assumption

You use the Internet at your own risk and in compliance with all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations. While Global Geeks endeavors to create secure and reliable websites and services, Global Geeks is not responsible for the security of any information beyond its control. Global Geeks is not responsible for interruptions or omissions in Internet, network or hosted services. Your use of the Site and Services is entirely at your own risk.

You hereby declare that you are aware that, due to the global nature of the Internet and the World Wide Web, the Site and/or the Services are accessible online and can generally be accessed at any time from anywhere in the world. Access to the Site and/or Services may not be legal by certain persons or in certain jurisdictions. Access to and use of the Site and/or the Services is at your own risk and you are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction and any jurisdiction in which you use the Site and/or the Services. You agree to comply with all local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable content in any generated content.

The Site and/or Services may contain links to certain websites, materials or content developed by third parties. Global Geek has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Site and/or Services and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked material. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Global Geek of such material, and Global Geek is not responsible for the inclusion of any link. Use of any such linked material is at your own risk. Global Geeks reserves the right to terminate any link to any other material at any time for any reason in its sole discretion.

severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be limited to the minimum extent necessary to keep this Agreement in effect to the maximum extent possible.

safeguards

OUR INDEMNIFICATION OBLIGATIONS: We agree to indemnify, defend, and hold you (including any of your subsidiaries, employees, and shareholders) harmless from and against any claim by a third party arising out of or related to our infringement of a third party's intellectual property rights directly arising out of your use of the Services under the terms of this Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we shall have no obligation to indemnify you for (i) any claim arising out of or relating to (ii) your violation of any applicable law; (iii) your violation of any third party rights, whether alleged or actual, including, but not limited to, data protection and privacy rights.

YOUR INDEMNIFICATION OBLIGATIONS: You shall indemnify, hold harmless and defend Global Geeks, including any of its subsidiaries, employees, and shareholders (the "Global Geeks Indemnified Parties"), to the fullest extent permitted, at your own expense, against any third-party liabilities, claims, costs, expenses, obligations, losses, or damages, not including consequential damages and indirect losses that may arise from (i) your unauthorized use of any materials obtained through the Site and Services, (ii) your use of and access to the Site and Services not in accordance with this Agreement, and (iv) your violation of any third party's rights, whether alleged or actual.

INDEMNIFICATION PROCEEDINGS: The respective indemnification obligations of each of the foregoing parties are conditioned upon: (a) the indemnified party giving the indemnifying party timely written notice of the Claim, but failure to give such timely notice will only limit the indemnification obligation to the extent the party to damages for delay or failure; (b) the Indemnified Party having full and complete control over the defense and settlement of the Claim; (c) the relevant Indemnified Party providing assistance with respect to the defense and settlement of the Claim (so long as the settlement does not include any payment of any amount by any party or an admission of any civil or criminal liability on the part of the Indemnified Party) as the Indemnifying Party may reasonably request; and (d) the Indemnified Party's compliance with any settlement or court order. The Indemnified Parties will indemnify the Indemnified Parties against (i) all damages, costs and attorneys' fees ultimately awarded to any of them in connection with any Claim; (ii) all out-of-pocket expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) reasonably incurred by any of them in defending a Claim (other than attorneys' fees and expenses incurred by the Indemnified Parties without their consent after accepting the defense of such Claim); and (iii) the Indemnified Parties agree to pay to any third party to settle any Claim arising hereunder and all amounts settled by or with the approval of the Indemnifying Party. The Indemnified Parties will indemnify the Indemnified Parties against (i) all damages, costs and attorneys' fees ultimately awarded to any of them in connection with any Claim; (ii) all out-of-pocket expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) reasonably incurred by any of them in defending a Claim (other than attorneys' fees and expenses incurred by the Indemnified Parties without their consent after acceptance of the defense of such Claim); (iii) all amounts the Indemnified Parties agree to pay to any third party to settle any Claim arising hereunder and all amounts settled by or with the approval of the Indemnifying Party. The Indemnified Parties will indemnify the Indemnified Parties against (i) all damages, costs and attorneys' fees ultimately awarded to any of them in connection with any Claim; (ii) all out-of-pocket expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) reasonably incurred by any of them in defending a Claim (other than attorneys' fees and expenses incurred by the Indemnified Parties without their consent after acceptance of the defense of such Claim); (iii) all amounts the Indemnified Parties agree to pay to any third party to settle any Claim arising hereunder and all amounts settled by or with the approval of the Indemnified Party. (ii) all out-of-pocket expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) reasonably incurred by any of them in defending a Claim (other than attorneys' fees and expenses incurred by the Indemnified Party without its consent after acceptance of the defense of such Claim) such Claim); and (iii) all amounts the Indemnified Party agrees to pay to any third party in settlement of any Claim arising hereunder and resolved by the Indemnified Party or with its approval. Infringement Remedies: If you are enjoined or otherwise prohibited from using any of the Services or any portion thereof based on a third party intellectual property infringement claim covered by our indemnification obligations under these Terms as set forth above, then we will, at our sole cost and option, either: (a) obtain for you the right to use the allegedly infringing portion of the Services; (b) modify the allegedly infringing portion of the Services to make it non-infringing, without not significantly diminish or impair its functionality; and (c) replace the allegedly infringing portion of the Service with a non-infringing item of substantially similar functionality. If we determine that the above remedies are not commercially reasonable, we will immediately refund to you a pro rata portion of any prepaid fees we receive under this Agreement corresponding to the unused portion of the Term. If you are enjoined or otherwise prohibited from using any of the Services or a portion thereof for a claim covered by our indemnification obligations under this Term.

You shall be solely responsible for the defense of any such claim and for payment to third parties and, in connection therewith, to Global Geeks, of losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred as a result of the foregoing. You shall not attempt or settle, dispose of or enter into any proposed settlement or resolution of any claim against you (whether or not finally adjudicated) without the prior express written approval of Global Geeks, if such settlement or resolution results in any obligation or liability on the part of Global Geeks. Provided that these Terms shall survive the termination of this Agreement (regardless of the circumstances) and the termination of your access to and/or use of the Site or the Services.

Applicable law and dispute resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the French Republic. The parties agree that any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or its subject matter shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Paris Court of Appeal. Global Geek reserves the right, at its sole option and for its own benefit, to bring an action in the courts of the country in which you reside regarding your use of the Site and the Services.

Waiver of jury trial

You and Global Geek waive the right to a jury trial, if applicable, for all claims and causes of action (including counterclaims) relating to or arising out of this Agreement. This waiver also applies to any subsequent amendments or modifications to this Agreement.

No class action

All claims between the parties (including the Parent and Subsidiaries referred to in this Agreement) relating to this Agreement will be litigated individually, and you will not consolidate or seek class treatment with respect to any claims relating to the Services.

Waiver of Compliance with this Agreement

Our failure to enforce any provision, condition or requirement of this Agreement at any time, or our failure to require you to perform any term of this Agreement at any time, shall in no way waive your obligation to comply with any provision of this Agreement or our ability to enforce each such provision as set forth in writing.

Any and all waivers by either party hereto of any provision, condition or requirement of this Agreement shall be effective against the other party only if in writing and signed by an authorized officer of such party, and any such written waiver shall not constitute a waiver of any future obligation to comply with such provision, condition or requirement.

Allocation and delegation

You may assign or delegate any of your rights or obligations under this Agreement with our prior written consent. No purported assignment or delegation will be valid without our prior written consent. We may freely assign or delegate all of our rights and obligations under this Agreement, in whole or in part, without notice to you.

Relations between the parties

Except as provided herein to the contrary, nothing in these Terms of Service shall be construed or interpreted to create a partnership, agency, single-employer, joint-employer, or any other type of employment relationship between the parties hereto, or to impose a relationship attributable thereto on any party. Neither party shall have any right, power or authority to enter into any agreement on behalf of the other party, to assume any obligation or liability of the other party, or to otherwise bind the other party.

Customer Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the Customer Content that you or Authorized Users upload, post, display, link to, or otherwise make available through the Services, and you agree that Global Geeks will only act as a passive conduit for the online distribution and publication of the Services' online displays of the Customer Content and mentions. Global Geeks will not review, share, distribute or reference any Customer Content or references except as provided in this Agreement, as set forth in the Global Geeks Privacy Policy, or as required by law. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Global Geek reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove any uploaded Customer Content that it deems to be in violation of this Agreement.

Acceptable Use. You shall (i) be responsible for your and your Authorized Users' compliance with the TOS, including the Fair Use Policy; (ii) be solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, integrity and legality of Customer Content and the manner in which you access or generate Customer Content; (iii) use commercially reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized access to, or use of, the Services, including by maintaining the confidentiality of your passwords and usernames, and not allowing any third party to access to or use of your username, password, or account for the Services; (iv) be fully responsible for all activities that occur through your account in connection with the Services; (v) use the Services only in accordance with applicable laws and governmental regulations if you become aware of, or have reasonable suspicion of, any breach of security, including any loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure or use of your (or any Authorized User's) username, password, or account; (vi) use the Services only in accordance with applicable laws and governmental regulations; (vii) take commercially reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized access to or use of the Services; and (vii) comply in all respects with all terms of service of the Supported Platforms, such as:

Global Geek does not own, control or review the Mentions, and in no event shall the Mentions be considered "Customer Content" unless the Customer creates the Mentions. Mentions may be indecent, offensive, inaccurate, illegal, or otherwise objectionable. Global Geek has no obligation to preview, verify, flag, modify, filter or remove any Mentions, even if requested to do so, although Global Geek may do so in its sole discretion. Your use of Mentions is at your own risk, and Global Geeks shall not be liable to you or any third party for Mentions.

The rights and obligations under this Agreement, which by their nature are intended to survive termination, including, without limitation, the indemnification and limitation of liability provisions set forth herein, shall remain in full force and effect after termination or expiration of the Agreement.

By using Global Geeks, you acknowledge that you may collect information that is considered personal information and/or defined as sensitive personal information under applicable law. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for providing all necessary controls on your site and obtaining any consent you may be legally obligated to obtain from your customers.

By accepting the terms contained in this Agreement (including its exhibits), you acknowledge that you represent and warrant that you shall comply with all applicable laws, including without limitation data protection and privacy laws, and that you shall indemnify and hold harmless Global Geeks Indemnified Parties from and against any third party claims relating to the use of the Services in violation of such applicable laws.

PRIVACY POLICY ON YOUR WEBSITE: We will have no liability or responsibility if you fail to do so. Failure to enforce the terms of such privacy policy on your site may result in termination of your account.
